Minuscule 759 (in the Gregory-Aland numbering), ε397 (von Soden),〔Hermann von Soden, ''Die Schriften des neuen Testaments, in ihrer ältesten erreichbaren Textgestalt / hergestellt auf Grund ihrer Textgeschichte'' (Berlin 1902), vol. 1, p. 181. 〕 is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament written on parchment. Palaeographically it has been assigned to the 13th century. The manuscript has complex contents.〔(Handschriftenliste ) at the Münster Institute〕 Scrivener labelled it as 848e. It has marginalia. == Description == The codex contains the text of the four Gospels, on 295 parchment leaves (size ).〔 The text is written in one column per page, 23-24 lines per page.〔 The text is divided according to the κεφαλαια (''chapters''), whose numbers are given at the margin, and their τιτλοι (''titles'') at the top of the pages.
